C-pure general terms and conditions
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to regulate the relationship between Lipo Vital and you (hereinafter "client"), related to the underlying operations through the website www.c-pure.com.

The order implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
- PRICES AND PRODUCTS
The sale prices of online products in C-pure are indicated in euros and pounds, and will be those that appear on the website at the time of purchase and once your order is effective. Lipo Vital SL reserves the right to modify the prices of its products at any time. In that case, the new prices will be applied to new orders, and to any modification that the client requests related to old orders. This means that any price changes will apply to current orders.

The client can collect, before placing the order, any necessary information on the C-pure website, about the basic characteristics of the product or products that he wishes to order.
The customer can choose and buy one or more products among the different categories offered by the website c-pure.com.
C-pure shows the basic characteristics of the products (description, use, ingredients, additional information and price). Lipo Vital SL products have their legal guarantee according to current legislation.
- THE ORDER
All orders imply full acceptance of the restrictions and these general conditions of sale. All orders paid online are not processed until they are validated by the banking institution. Lipo Vital will inform you via your email address about the status of your shipment.
Order confirmation: we have received your order correctly, which includes the order details, the selected items, the shipping costs, the order number and the procedure for the right of withdrawal.
Dispatch confirmation: your shipment has left our warehouse.
Shipment Confirmation: Your shipment has been delivered to the carrier.

- SHIPPING ACCEPTANCE
The acceptance and confirmation of the shipment will be made by entering data in different successive pages / stages:

- AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Lipo Vital SL strives to have all the products available on the website; however, it cannot guarantee that all the products you wish to purchase will be available at the time of payment.
If during the preparation of the order a product is not available, you will be notified and another product with similar characteristics may be suggested, in which case you can cancel or change the initial order or accept or reject the new offer from Lipo Vital SL.
- THE PAYMENT
Payment must be made just when the customer has completed the purchase. The client has the following payment methods:

The confidential data of the payment information is transmitted directly and in encrypted form to the corresponding bank and is not stored by Lipo Vital SL. Payment with foreign cards may be limited depending on the country.
- FIGHT AGAINST CREDIT CARD FRAUD
The appearance of a non-payment due to fraudulent use of a credit card will cause all the data related to the order to be recorded based on an incident file. Any irregularity or abnormality can receive specific treatment.
Lipo Vital SL can check the personal data provided by the customer and apply the necessary measures (claim supporting documents or cancellation of the order) in case of detecting anomalies or receiving claims from third parties.
Lipo Vital SL includes the 3D Secure payment system (also called Verified by VISA / Mastercard). It is a payment system validated by authentication that allows you to increase the security of your online purchases. When placing the order, your bank verifies the identity of the cardholder before validating the transaction. - SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS

Shipments outside of New Zealand:
Lipo vital products are sold and can be delivered in all countries outside New Zealand with the exception of the following countries:

International shipping will be by:
Express delivery with DHL (available for all countries): shipments will be delivered in 7-9 business days, for urgent orders.
The delivery period described will be effective in the event that the client is located at the place of delivery during said period, in which case the products will be considered delivered on the date that Lipo Vital SL makes them available at the place of delivery.
Customs information (outside New Zealand):
If your shipping address is outside New Zealand, it may be subject to customs duties and other taxes that accrue once the items arrive at the destination country from which they were ordered through our website.
Any additional costs due to the payment of customs duties and / or tariffs will be borne by the customer. Lipo Vital SL has no control over these charges and cannot predict the nature or amount of them.

These Conditions of Sale are based on New Zealand law. The contract will be understood to have been concluded in the place where the client has his habitual residence, the courts and tribunals of that place being competent to hear any controversy arising from these Conditions of Sale.
